As part of our commitment to deliver one of

that we have added DirecTV as a distributor
of In Country Television. The channel will be
available in DirecTV's basic package come
January 2010; growing our total distribution
to more than 32 Million homes nationally,
while making us the only network serving the
outdoor enthusiast available in the basic
packages of both satellite platforms.
