  1. Dates: This Sweepstakes is valid from October 1st, 2009 through December 31, 2009 ("Game-End").
  2. To Enter: There are three ways to enter:
    1. Remote Control Entry – Entry may be accomplished by goingto Dish HOME channel 100 and following the "How to Enter" instructions under ICTV Sweepstakes. ("Remote Control Entry") Receiver must be connected to a phone line.
    2. Internet – Entry may be accomplished by logging on to www.InCountryTelevision.com and following the "How to Enter" instructions ("Internet Entry"). Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply. It is your sole responsibility to notify the Operator if you change your e-mail address ("Address").
    3. Phone – Entry may be accomplished by calling 1 888-644-1145 and following the "How to Enter" instructions ("Phone Entry").

"Entry" shall mean and refer to each Remote Control, Internet and Phone Entry. Limit one entry per household per month regardless of method of entry.

  1. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open to DISH Network account holders who subscribeto the Hunting Trails application available on DISH Network. Must be a legal resident of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and D.C. (excluding, without limitation, residents of the States of Florida and New York, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories) and 18 years of age and older at the time of entry. Account must be in good standing and subscription to Hunting Trails mustbe maintained throughout contest period in order to be eligible for all prize drawings.

Employees,directors and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and each of their spouses regardless where they live) or members of households of Performance One Media, In Country Television, Oberon Media and DISH Network L.L.C., and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising, design, print production and publicity agencies and anyone connected with the production and distribution of this sweepstakes (collectively the "SweepstakesEntities"), are not eligible to enter or be awarded a prize.

  1. WinnerSelection: Decisions of judges are final. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Limit one Grand Prize or Runner-Up Prize per account holder. Limit one Weekly Prize per weekper account holder.
    1. October (one (1) Grand Prize and one (1) Runner-Up Prize): random drawing will be held on or about November 2, 2009, from all eligible Entries received through 11:59:59 PM (ET) on October 31, 2009.
    2. November (one (1) Grand Prize and one (1) Runner-Up Prize): random drawing will be held on or about December 7, 2009, from all eligible Entries received through 11:59:59 PM (ET) on November 30, 2009.
    3. December (one (1) Grand Prize and one (1) Runner-Up Prize): random drawing will be held on or about January 5, 2010, from alleligible Entries received through 11:59:59 PM (ET) on December 31, 2009.
    4. Weekly Prize Drawings: Each week 110 winners will be drawn from among alleligible Entries received during the Promotion Period.
  1. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"):

One (1) GrandPrize per month:

    1. October – one (1)hunting trip for winner and one guest in Texas with Hunt with Buck. Prize includes one buck, guide, lodging and meals. Prize fulfillment period: Travel period will be in December (dates to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $3,500.  Winner and guest are responsible for: transportation, licensing and any and all costs and expenses not mentioned in the contest rules as being included in prize.
    2. November – one (1)hunting trip for winner and one guest in the Colorado Front Range with Banded Hunts. Prize fulfillment period: Travel period will be in December or January (dates to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $3,500.  Winner and guest are responsible for: transportation, licensing, guns, ammo, gratuity and any and all costs andexpenses not mentioned in the contest rules as being included in prize.
    3. December – one (1)hunting trip for winner in Washington State with Hevi Shots Hunt. Prize fulfillment period: Travel period will be in January (dates to bedetermined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $3,500.  Winner is responsible for: transportation,licensing, guns, ammo, gratuity and any and all costs and expenses not mentioned in the contest rules as being included in prize.

Taxes arethe sole responsibility of winners. All expenses not stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Grand Prize Winners and travel companions may be required to sign additional Publicity/Liability Release forms prior to participating in select activities related to hunting trip.
One (1) Runner-Up Prize per month:

    1. September – one (1) Admiral Bow from Bowtech; ARV: $1,000
    2. October –one (1) Zink Package (goose call, duck call, logo hoodie, logo hat, triple pack DVD); ARV: $500.
    3. November – one (1) Avery Package (Avery blind, full-body mallard decoy harvester pack); ARV: $1,000.
    4. December – one (1) Avery package (Avery blind, pro-grade Canada goosedecoy floaters, pro-grade mallard decoy floaters, decoy bags); ARV: $1,000.

Award of prizes is at the sole discretion of Sponsor.Selection of prize is not guaranteed. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.

  1. General Rules:  Sweepstakes administration, winner selection and prize claim verification will be conducted by DISH Network L.L.C. By participating in this Sweepstakes, PrizeWinners agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the independent judging organization, whose decisions are final. All materials submitted become the sole property of Sponsors and will not bereturned. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected.  The Grand Prize winners must sign and returnan Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release within seven (7)days of first attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected.  Travel companions for Grand Prize winnersmust sign and return a Publicity/Liability Release prior to travel.  In the event a Grand Prize winner or travelcompanion is less than the age of majority in his/her state of residence, allrequired documents must be signed by the individual's parent/legal guardian onhis/her behalf. Sponsor, airline(s),government authorities, hotels and other venues have the right to refuse traveland/or admission to anyone who does not have proper documents/identification orwho does not comply with all regulations or comport him/herself properly.There will be no substitution orcompensation for a prize or part of a prize forfeited due to winner's orwinner's companion's non-compliance with travel and venues' regulations or anyother reason. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel/terminate, modify orsuspend the Sweepstakes if in Sponsors' sole determination it believes that theintegrity of the Sweepstakes has been, or could be, compromised or that theSweepstakes is not capable of running as planned or fairly, including, but notlimited to, fraud or force majeure orany other causes beyond Sponsors' control. By entering this Sweepstakes, aparticipant explicitly releases, discharges and holds harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, their successors, estates and assigns and all their respectiveshareholders, directors, officers and employees, one and all, from any and allliability, actions, causes of action, damages, actual, incidental orconsequential, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity, including all"costs", which he/she now has or may acquire, by reason of any personal injury, death, loss of or damage to property, or any reason, occurring during orarising out of his/her participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance anduse or misuse of a prize. By accepting a prize, winner waives the right to 1)assert as a cost of winning the prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem said prize, and 2) claim any liability(including attorney's fees and costs) which might arise from redeeming orseeking to redeem said prize (including any travel related thereto).   2. Sweepstakes void where prohibited, licensed, restricted or taxed. If any provision of this Sweepstakes shall be deemedto violate any federal, state or municipal law, it shall be amended to conformto such law and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. All federal, state and local laws and regulationsapply.
  3. This offer maynot be reproduced, reprinted or published elsewhere in any format without thewritten permission of the sponsor.
  4. All taxes arethe winner's responsibility and an IRSform #1099 will be issued to all Grand Prize and Runner-Up Prize winners forthe year 2009 for the approximateretail value of the prize.
  5. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use awinner's name, town and state, voice and likeness and any and all identifyingcharacteristics including, but not limited to, the taking of photographs and/orvideos by Sponsors' photographer/videographer for publicity purposes, inperpetuity, without further consent or compensation, unless prohibited by lawand winner agrees to execute any and all documents requested by Sponsor toconvey such rights to own all the results thereof. Nothing contained hereinshall be deemed to obligate Sponsor to make use of any of the rights grantedherein and winner waives any right to inspect or approve any such use of anyand every nature and kind.
  6. Limitations of Liability: The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible forelectronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction norunauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry materials by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. Any person attempting to damage any website, defraud or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes will be ineligible for any prize and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. The Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for technical, pictorial, typographical or editorial errors or omissions in any marketing materials or these Official Rules. Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded and all issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall beresolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, andexclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Douglas County, Colorado. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes and never shall include consequential, incidental or punitive damages, and in no event attorneys' fees. Vermont residents are not required to include return postage.
